Our fall book club has become DPL Reads. Last year, participants chose to read banned and challenged books this Spring. This first meeting will be our discussion of the books we will read in the upcoming months and some of our favorite books that have been put on these lists!

Teen Writers is BACK! Teens ages 12 to 18 will meet every Tuesday at 4:30 in the Teen Space to work on their writing. Get peer feedback, brush up on technical skills, and create a Teen Writers' Anthology. Work on your poetry, nonfiction narrative, novel, script, lyrics, or even your comic strip!

Sweet Treats: Genealogy Library Annual Fundraiser

The Stephens County Genealogy Society hosts a dessert-tasting competition each year at the First United Methodist church. Participants who are signed up are asked to set up starting at 10 am. Those who wish to partake in the tasting can do so from 1 to 3 pm! Tickets to the event are $10.
