As requested, the YA collection will soon include a selection of shorter books for reluctant readers that are high-interest, low-vocabulary, and written in a dyslexia-friendly font! So what about whales? Whale, let me tell you! Most of the books that fit this description are published under Orca Soundings or Orca & Anchor (not all; there are also books in the Everyone Can Be A Reader series, which includes abridged classics by Alcott, Brontë, Austen, Stevenson, etc). To distinguish them from the average YA paperback, we've decided to place them between Orca bookends (on their way!) So soon, you'll hear us tell you that the books you are looking for are between the Orcas, and you'll know what this means... maybe?
